Order Cancellations

Once an order is placed, cancellations are not entertained.
All orders are processed immediately to ensure timely delivery, making it impossible to modify or cancel once confirmed.

Refunds

We provide refunds only for damaged or incorrect items.
If you receive a defective or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.

Exchanges

While cancellations and refunds are not allowed, exchanges are permitted under specific conditions (such as size issues or damaged products). Please refer to our Return Policy for details.
