RETURN POLICY

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 7‑day return window from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving the product.
• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
• Certain items (e.g., personalized products, perishable goods, or items marked “non‑returnable”) are not eligible for return.

Return Process

2. Approval : Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions.

3. Ship the Product : Please pack the item securely and ship it back to the address provided.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.

 

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund.
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5‑7 business days after the return is approved.
• Shipping charges are non‑refundable.
